You’re here because something isn’t working. Maybe your life has started to feel unrecognizable or no longer yours. Maybe you’ve been going through the motions, quietly struggling, and only recently realized how far you’ve drifted from yourself. Sometimes it hits all at once. Other times, it’s the slow build of stress, anxiety, or depression that finally reaches a tipping point.

However it shows up, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Therapy offers a space where you don’t need to have the perfect words, the right answers, or any answers at all. You get to show up as you are — no need to perform, explain, or edit yourself. That kind of space can be rare. But it can also be deeply healing.

My work is grounded in a person-centered, psychodynamic approach. I’ll meet you where you are while helping you make sense of the deeper patterns that may be shaping how you feel, relate, and live. With warmth, curiosity, and yes, sometimes a well-timed laugh, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back — and what might help you move forward.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and identity-related stress. I’m especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community, and I bring both personal insight and professional experience to that work.

The truth is, life can become overwhelming in uniquely personal ways — and healing can, too. Whether you're struggling with relationships, navigating a major change, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy can help you reconnect with what matters most.

If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to learn more about what’s bringing you here. I offer a free, no-pressure 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit.
